Marty's Cookies and Bagel Bakery is located at 6585 Commerce Road in West Bloomfield, Michigan. The bagel dough is produced in the Bagel Factory's Ann Arbor warehouse which Rabbi Miller checks through unannounced visits. Rabbi Miller also conducts unannounced visits of the Bagel Factory Cafe on a weekly basis. All Marty's Cookies and Bagel Bakery products are certified kosher including the coffees, juices, and cream cheeses. The Asiago Cheese, Parmesean Cheese, and Cheddar bagels are made with domestic cheeses (Wisconsin) that carry the USDA seal. These cheeses meet the Conservative Movement's designation of kosher cheese. If you have questions about the kosher status of these cheeses, consult your local rabbinic authority. A Sabbath lease agreement has been signed and is on file for this location so that it may be open on the Sabbath and Jewish holidays.
