Kosher Michigan (KM) is the kosher supervision and certification initiative of Rabbi Jason Miller, a Conservative Rabbi based in Metropolitan Detroit, Michigan.
Rabbi Miller promotes the observance of kashrut (the Jewish dietary laws) through the supervision and certification of select institutions, vendors and products that meet several strict standards. KM was founded by Rabbi Miller in order to introduce more options for the kosher consumer. He also serves as the kosher supervisor of Tamarack Camps, a large Jewish camping agency based in Michigan.
Through this website, Rabbi Miller also disseminates information and resources to educate the community about the laws of observing a kosher diet, kosher restaurants and markets, and kosher products. He is always eager to speak with an entrepreneur about how to turn their business into a kosher one.
